Description

The Assistant Product Manager will support the Product Manager in managing the full cycle of PointofCare Testing (POCT) products including instruments, reagents, and consumables. Youll conduct research to position POCT products effectively in the market, act as a liaison between internal teams, and provide operational support to help the commercial team promote and sell POCT products.

Youll also monitor product performance metrics, analyze data to support decisionmaking, and contribute to smooth product development and commercialization.


Responsibilities
  • Support product strategy and management for POCT instruments, reagents, and consumables.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product development and commercialization.
  • Provide operational support to sales and commercial teams.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data for decisionmaking.
  • Assist in product demos, technical presentations, and training sessions.

Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of POCT technologies, instruments, reagents, and consumables.
  • Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and competitive advantages of POCT devices.
  • Ability to support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
  • Working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes.
  • Prior exposure to clinical diagnostics, IVD, or medical device companies preferred.
  • Experience supporting presales and postsales activities is an advantage.
