Human Resources Generalist, Makati

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits processing
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
• Spearhead with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
• Collaborating with managers to address workforce-related challenges and identify solutions
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and wellbeing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment
• Experience in Recruitment, Payroll,Benefits Processing, Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis to generate reports and inform decision-making
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
