SALARY: PHP80,000 - PHP100,000 (NEGOTIABLE)

WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (9AM-6PM)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Starlight Business Consulting is seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Philippine market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across our compliance, tax, legal, and consulting service lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Starlights full-service portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and referral networks
• Create and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company revenue goals
• Represent Starlight at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings
• Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, legal, tax) to craft tailored proposals and solutions
• Track pipeline activity, prepare regular reports, and provide direct updates to the CEO
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and strengthen relationships within the Taiwanese business community, chambers, and professional networks in the Philippines to expand Starlights Taiwanese client base
• Proactively identify and engage Taiwanese-owned businesses in the Philippines for potential partnerships and consulting opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Taiwanese national currently residing in the Philippines
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong professional network within the Philippine business community
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin/Taiwanese Mandarin
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or a related industry is an advantage
