Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in timekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Efficient in handling administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and timekeeping systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately recording, processing, and maintaining all external employee time and attendance data.
- Review daily time logs, overtime, leave applications, and schedule adjustments.
- Coordinate with Coordinators regarding attendance concerns and discrepancies.
- Organize and file all timekeeping records, documents, and reports properly for easy reference and audit purposes.
- Prepare and validate timekeeping reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
