Description

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and create prospect lists.
Monitoring all project quotation, Sales Order, project progress, project billing and project collection.
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet given targets.
Prospect for new sales opportunities through methos such as cold calling, networking, social media, direct sales, etc.
Travel for business purposes as required.
Arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
Prepare deliver effective presentations on products and services.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Prepare quotations by understanding client requirements, providing documentation, and conducting site surveys.
Obtain product quotations from factories based on client specifications.
Create price proposals by considering factory costs and local expenses.
Negotiate and finalize contracts.
Review and prepare contract documents.
Coordinate and manage orders for elevators/escalators with factories.
Coordinate shop drawings with clients for orders.
Monitor client payments and collaborate with the accounting team for collections.
Coordinate the issuance of performance bonds if required.
Share information with relevant departments to ensure project success.
Report the plan/action/result/problem exactly on your all duties to a superior/company.
Performs other tasks as required by the company.
