Primary Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.

Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.

Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.

Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence.

Requirements

Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.

Technical: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.

Experience: Previous BPO experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
