Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions
Follow company policies, procedures, and account guidelines
Meet performance metrics such as attendance, quality, and productivity targets
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve account goals
Qualifications
SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience
Undergraduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 6 months BPO experience
Must have good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Basic computer navigation skills required
Customer service-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
