Position: Japanese Client Support Agent

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Makati City

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm (subject to change as needed by management)

Work Set-up: Work Onsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • JLPT N1 to N3 Passer or Level.
  • Experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related client-facing field. 
  • Oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, including the ability to draft formal reports, proposals, and procedures.
  • Professional discretion and tact when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and overall intermediate computer skills.
  • Willing to relocate (for candidates outside Metro Manila).
  • Willing to work onsite.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support communication and coordination with global IBs, traders, and partners.
  • Assist in onboarding and ongoing support of partner relationships.
  • Manage routine inquiries and follow-up actions promptly under management supervision. 
  • Coordinate operational logistics, including partnership terms, promotional campaigns, and contract conditions. 
  • Provide precise JapaneseEnglish translation and interpretation for both internal and external stakeholders as required. 
  • Bridge communication gaps by ensuring management decisions and strategic clarifications are accurately conveyed to partners. 
  • Assist in resolving minor communication gaps related to language or cultural differences.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate information and partner data.
