Processing invoices and payments

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Assisting with expense reports

Supporting monthly financial reports

Filing and organizing accounting documents

Assisting the accounting team with daily tasks

Accountancy graduate or related field with SAP Business One experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the accounting department

Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work independently with less supervision

Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to prepare records and files in an organized manner

Flexible and willing to do a multi-tasking job

Planning a one-step interview process, and a quick decision will be made through job offer.

Depending on the situation, there is also a possibility of conversion to a permanent (regular) employee.

During the 6-month probationary period, full onsite work is required.

After the probation period, depending on the employees level of job proficiency, up to 2 days of remote work per week may be allowed.

Benefits:

Transpo: P150.00/working day

HMO, 13th-month pay, SL, and VL (Benefits will be discussed during job offer)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

After 6 months can become a hybrid 2 days work from home
