Responsibilities:

  • Develop new products including pastries, breads, and cakes.
  • Source quality ingredients at the most efficient and cost-effective rates.
  • Create training materials and recipe manuals for production staff.
  • Collaborate with accounting to monitor and manage production costs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in breads, pastries, and cakes within a bakery or pastry kitchen setting.
  • Graduate or undergraduate of a recognized culinary school, or holder of a TESDA/culinary certification in pastry and bakery.
  • Proven ability to innovate and create new bread, pastry, and cake products.
  • Strong knowledge of product costing and recipe development.
  • Willin to work onsite at Chino Roces, Makati
