Licensed Civil Engineer Quantity Surveyor manages project costs, prepares estimates and tender documents, evaluates bids, and monitors budgets to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Analyze plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirementsConduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipmentPrepare and evaluate tender documents and contractor bidsMonitor project costs and ensure expenses stay within the approved budgetHandle progress billing, cost reporting, and financial trackingEvaluate and process variation orders / change ordersConduct site visits to verify work progress and quantitiesCoordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and standardsAssist in contract administration and dispute resolution if neededPerform value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality

RequirementsWith 3 or more years of experienceExperience in cost estimation and quantity surveyingSkilled in BOQ preparation and project cost controlKnowledgeable in AutoCAD/estimating softwareDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills
