Key Responsibilities

• Audit daily sales and POS transactions
• Monitor inventory usage and detect discrepancies
• Review staff compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with management regarding operational and financial concerns
• Conduct spot checks on cash, stocks, and purchasing records

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience Level:  Minimum of 1 year Experience in restaurant,

retail, or hospitality auditing is preferred

Skills / Competencies

• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Honest, organized, and able to work independently

Working Conditions

• Onsite or work in a restaurant environment
