HR Training Manager, Makati

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Human Resources Training Manager. The HR Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing employee training programs to ensure the professional growth and compliance of the workforce. This includes developing and updating training materials, coordinating with department heads, and conducting in-person training sessions. The role also involves alignment of training programs with company policies, fostering strong employee engagement, and improving organizational culture through consistent support and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources management and HR policies
• 5-7 yrs of hr training experience
• Experience in Training & Development and Employee Training
• Knowledge in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to adapt training programs to align with company goals and industry standards
• Experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field
• Professional certifications in HR or Training & Development are advantageous
