Finance and Accounting Associate, Makati

• Perform specialized finance and accounting functions to support daily business operations.
• Coordinate with banks and brokers regarding importation transactions and related documentation.
• Manage and monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare tax reports and assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations and deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation, recording, and filing of financial transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring financial transactions and resolving discrepancies when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• At least 23 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or bank coordination
• Knowledgeable in accounts payable, inventory accounting, tax compliance, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized financial records
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling financial documents and transactions
• Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with banks, brokers, and internal departments

SALARY RANGE: Up to Php25,000
