Purchasing Supervisor, Makati

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end procurement process for outsourced electrical products and

contracting services.

Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely

delivery.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Collaborate with commercial and project teams to understand material and service

requirements for new business operations.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support management decision making.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best

practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related

field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in electrical products,

equipment, on contracting services.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of procurement processes.

Familiarity with procurement systems and processes
