Reports to: Team leader & Commissary Head

Job Overview: The commissary position is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging food items while adhering to food quality, food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assemble and package fresh/finished food products according to health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintains clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Ability to understand and meet standards for health, safety, and food policy.
  • Adhere to the details of the operation, including all operating standards, food standards, service standards, and policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with commissary and kitchen staff.
  • Other duties and tasks assigned by the leader.
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Produce the required production items and meet deadline
  • Proper inventory management
