You will manage both corporate administration and personal affairs to ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

  • Screen visitors, direct phone calls, and orchestrate calendar schedules, appointments, and events.
  • Handle the petty cash fund, disburse checks, issue Official Receipts (ORs), and prepare fund requisitions and liquidations.
  • Canvass and source new materials, maintain Purchase Orders, monitor supply deliveries, and coordinate messengerial or repair services.
  • Organize complex filing systems, collate personal documents, update databases, and coordinate with household staff for logistical needs.
Requirements
  • Professional with at least three (3) years of solid experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year college course.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Filipino, backed by active listening skills.
  • Highly comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
  • A self-starter with high attention to detail, strong logical reasoning, and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
