• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
• Provide product information, upsell, and meet/exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 6 months of sales or customer support experience (retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
