Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities:

 Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments

 Handle official receipts, checks, and petty cash

 Coordinate deliveries, supplies, and maintenance activities

 Maintain filing systems, reports, and databases

 Provide administrative and personal support to management


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course

 Female with at least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience

 Tech-savvy and organized

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

 Can multitask and work well under pressure
