Marketing Manager, Makati

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of brand guidelines across all platforms (OOH, Digital, and Social) to ensure a consistent "look and feel."
• Plan and execute end-to-end advertising campaigns, from initial market research to final deployment and performance tracking.
• Work closely with the Creatives Manager to translate business objectives into high-impact visual stories and copy.
• Monitor competitor activities and advertising trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and positioning.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all promotional materials are produced accurately and on time.
• Review campaign metrics and ROI to provide data-driven recommendations for future advertising spend and strategy.
• Manage the advertising and brand budget, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising on quality.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in brand management or marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies
• Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research methodologies
• experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficiency in data and analytics tools to measure brand performance
• Solid understanding of digital market and social media platforms
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative briefs
