Logistics Specialist, Makati

Responsibilities

Handle and monitor import and export shipments

Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, and other service providers

Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery

Prepare and process necessary shipping and documentation requirements

Assist in coordinating and communicating with clients regarding shipment updates

Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on logistics status

Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions

Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations

Support overall logistics operations as needed

Requirements & Qualification

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field

Experience in Air and Sea freight operations is a major advantage

Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in logistics

Good communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
