Service Center Staff, Makati

The Nintendo Service Center Staff is responsible for providing customer support, handling Nintendo product concerns, and assisting in the repair and servicing process of Nintendo consoles and accessories. This role ensures efficient processing of service requests while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and product concerns related to Nintendo consoles and accessories.
• Receive, document, and monitor units for repair or servicing.
• Ensure proper logging and tracking of all service center transactions and repair status.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding repair progress and service completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, service reports, and repair documentation.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of service parts, accessories, and repair units.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of customer units to prevent damage or loss.
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their repair or service request.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (front desk, receptionist CSR are considered).
• Knowledge or familiarity with Nintendo consoles and accessories is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting systems)
