Core RequirementsEducation / Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on IT Infrastructure experience
  • 35 years of progressive IT Operations experience
  • Windows Server Expertise (Core)


Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
  • Active Directory & Group Policy Management
  • DNS, DHCP, File Services
  • IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration & troubleshooting
  • Windows Server clustering & high availability setups
  • Server hardening, security best practices
  • Backup & disaster recovery management


Automation & Scripting
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting (must-have)
  • Experience with automation tools:
  • Ansible
  • Terraform
  • Version control using Git
