Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the President/Executive Team
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minutes-taking
  • Assist in preparing official documents such as certifications, reports, and corporate filings
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring proper prioritization
  • Support company events, meetings, and executive-related activities
  • Perform personal assistant functions when required (e.g., coordination of schedules, errands, and special tasks)
