About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager Trainee who is willing to learn and grow in retail. This role will give you hands-on experience in store operations and prepare you for a future leadership position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive a consistently positive in-store experience
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards
  • Support team performance by guiding and coordinating with sales staff
  • Help execute in-store promotions and sales initiatives
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of store personnel
  • Monitor store performance and prepare regular operational reports
  • Suggest practical improvements to enhance store efficiency and results


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course (open to fresh graduates)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems or retail tools is a plus
  • Interest in fashion retail and customer engagement
  • Self-driven and able to work independently when needed
  • Willing to be assigned or relocated to nearby branches


Training Shop (3 months):

  • SM Mall of Asia or SM Megamall

Probationary Period:

  • 6-day work week (Store Manager Trainee)


Upon Regularization:

  • 5-day work week (1 rest day weekdays, 1 rest day weekend)
  • Promoted to Store Manager
  • Salary adjustment (Performance Evaluation)
