What You Will Do
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues with minimal disruption to operations
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, network cabling, and CCTV systems
  • Perform installation, routing, and basic termination of network cables and support CCTV setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to systems, applications, connectivity, network infrastructure, and CCTV systems
  • Log, track, and manage IT incidents and service requests using help desk tools, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors following proper escalation procedures
  • Provide user support and basic training on IT systems, tools, and best practices
  • Monitor IT systems, networks, and CCTV systems and perform proactive maintenance, updates, patches, and backups
  • Maintain IT asset records including hardware, software, network devices, and CCTV equipment
  • Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Support cybersecurity measures including antivirus updates, access control, and system security compliance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in IT support processes, tools, and user experience

Why You
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience in installing IT equipment (PCs, printers, peripherals)
  • Knowledge of network cabling and CCTV installation is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Able to manage tasks within SLAs and prioritize issues effectively
  • Good communication and customer support skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Team player with a strong focus on IT security and compliance
