Single Origin - Barista, Makati

The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with precision and artistry. This role requires expertise in coffee preparation, a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, and the ability to create and exceptional guest experience in a fine dining setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages according to established standards.

Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation while maintaining proper calibration of espresso machines and brewing equipment.

Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, offering expert recommendations based on preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for replenishment of supplies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista in a fine dine caf setting.

Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso preparation.
