Mechanical Engineer, Makati

A Mechanical Engineer (Elevator Systems) focuses on the design, installation, and maintenance of elevators and escalators.

• Design and plan elevator and escalator systems based on building requirements
• Review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Supervise installation and ensure proper alignment and safety compliance
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams
• Conduct testing and commissioning of elevator systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance plans

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
• Knowledge in elevator systems (traction, hydraulic, MRL elevators)
• Familiar with safety standards and codes
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Experience in construction or elevator industry is an advantage
