Financial Reporting Supervisor, Makati

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flows) of the companies, complete with variance analysis
• Prepare the Weekly MANCOM Reports Sales and Cost of Sales Reconciliation Report. 
• Assist the Corporate Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly closing schedule of books 
• Maintain accurate records of product and inventory costs 
• Review the bank reconciliation prepared by other Section Supervisors
• Journalize accruals, non cash transactions, and other adjustments in the books. 
• Maintain the Lapsing Schedule of Fixed Assets 
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business course; BS Accountancy preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in financial reporting, general accounting, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and month-end closing processes
• Experience in preparing management reports and reconciliations
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial modeling)
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero, Odoo, or Zenoti
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
• Willing to work on-site
