About the job:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
• Maintain all employee's medical records.
• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.
• Maintains current knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Preferably with an experience as a Company or Regular Nurse
• Ability to administer medical aid in emergency situations, high pressure situations and remain calm in medical emergencies
• Extensive knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be willing to work on-site at Makati City
