We need a Licensed Civil Engineer who manages project costs, prepares estimates and tender documents, evaluates bids, and monitors budgets to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs
- Monitor budgets and project expenses
- Evaluate bids and manage contracts
- Track progress billing and variations
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Civil Engineering graduate (preferably licensed)
- Experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying
- Skilled in BOQ preparation and project cost control
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD/estimating software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
