Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of our F&B business in Makati.
This role will work closely with the HR Supervisor to ensure smooth execution across all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and administrative HR tasks.
The HR Officer will act as a key support partner to operations (Caf, KTV, Pub, Kitchen), ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruitment
Execute end-to-end recruitment for store and support roles (FOH/BOH)
Post job advertisements across platforms (JobStreet, Bossjob, Indeed, etc.)
Screen applications and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely hiring to meet manpower requirements of each branch
Prepare Job Offers and support onboarding documentation
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Consolidate attendance from biometrics and manual logs
Validate working hours, including late, undertime, overtime (OT), night differential (ND), and holidays
Handle payroll-related processes, including timekeeping validation, payroll data preparation, and coordination with Finance for semi-monthly payroll processing (115, 16EOM)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, status changes, deductions)
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee salary concerns
Coordinate with HR Supervisor and Finance to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and update HR reports:
Headcount report
Recruitment status
Attendance & tardiness report
Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, hiring lead time)
Maintain accurate HR databases and trackers
Support data consolidation for management reporting
4. Administrative & Record Management
Maintain and update employee 201 files (physical & digital)
Ensure completeness of pre-employment documents
Handle contracts, renewals, and employment status changes
Organize HR filing systems for audit readiness
Safeguard confidential employee information
5. Labor Relations & Corporate Culture
Assist in handling employee concerns and grievances
Support disciplinary processes:
Prepare NTEs, memos, incident reports
Monitor employee attendance and conduct issues
Promote positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
6. Learning & Development (L&D)
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Coordinate training schedules with Operations
Maintain training attendance records
Assist in identifying training needs (especially for store staff)
Support implementation of SOP and service standards training
7. Performance Management
Support implementation of performance evaluation processes
Coordinate KPI tracking for store and office employees
Assist in probationary evaluations and regularization process
Follow up with managers on performance review completion
Maintain performance documentation
8. HR Management & Operations Coordination
Act as HR support partner for branches (Caf, KTV, Pub, Kitchen)
Coordinate daily HR operations with HR Supervisor
Ensure proper execution of HR policies and procedures
Support cross-functional coordination (Operations, Finance, Admin)
Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned
9. Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Supervisor and/or HR Manager to support overall HR operations.
The HR Officer is expected to ensure efficient execution across all HR functions while supporting operational needs in a fast-paced F&B environment.
