Call Center Representative, Makati

Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team for Healthcare Insurance and Retention Sales accounts. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive concerns.

For the Healthcare Insurance account, you will assist customers with their insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and other related concerns. Strong empathy and patience are required as you may be assisting elderly or vulnerable customers.

For the Retention Sales account, you will handle customer concerns, prevent cancellations, and offer suitable solutions or promotions to retain customers. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a high level of empathy and customer satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics and KPIs
• Document customer interactions properly

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling International Voice
• With at least 6 months experience in Healthcare or Sales account
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary package: 26,000 36,000
