Finance Officer, Makati

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work in collaboration with the external accounting firm
2. Accomplish BIR and government returns and mandatories
3. Work closely with the Founder and CEO
4. Enter all income and expenditure transactions into the template and software
5. Reconcile all bank, controls, and other accounts
6. Contribute to the preparation of annual organizational and project budgets
7. Contribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements
8. Prepare budget comparison and cash flow reports
9. Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the template and software
10. Prepare financial year-end schedules including debtors and creditors and ensure all accounting requirements, documents including trial balance are complete
11. Liaise with and assist the external auditor in respect of annual statements and related matters
12. Process banking transactions such as deposits and bankbook
13. Prepare billings, invoices, and official receipts
14. Audit sales receipts, deposits, and other pertinent documents in branches and other business facilities
15. Supplier, Lessor, and purchasing communication
16. Franchise training and support

Qualifications

1. Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration. Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent
2. At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented
