Head Office: Makati City
Project Sites: Batangas, Bulacan, and Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: Php 23,000 Php 25,000 gross
Work Setup: On-site
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator in MEPF or construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills
- Prepare, modify, and revise MEPF drawings using CAD software
- Interpret engineering concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for updates, revisions, and clarifications
- Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation
