Description
Responsible for physical installation, mounting, cabling, and alignment support for telecom equipment at tower and ground level.
- Perform tower climbing and installation of:
- Microwave antennas & ODUs
- Sector antennas (BTS/Node B)
- Handle:
- Feeder cable laying & dressing
- Connector crimping and waterproofing
- Microwave alignment
- Equipment installation (rack, IDU, BTS)
- Ensure proper:
- Grounding & earthing
- Cable labeling
- Follow safety protocols during climbing and rigging
- Support TL during commissioning activities
- Experience of TL - 2 years
- Experience as Rigger - 1 year
- Huawei Experience is preferable
