Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room environment.
- Assist surgeons during operations by managing surgical instruments and tools.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment to minimize the risk of infection.
- Monitor patients vital signs and recover them post-operatively.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient operation flow.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary care.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Experience Level: 35 years of experience in Operating Room nursing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Operating Room Nursing, Surgical Assistance, Patient Preparation, and Sterile Technique
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Instrument Handling, Post-Op Monitoring, and Emergency Response skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Certifications: Valid PRC License, Registered Nurse (RN), BLS Certification, ACLS/IVT certification required
