Branch Manager, Makati

Reporting To: Branch Owner
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree
At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 experience in Personal Care / Beauty / Fitness Service or equivalent
Hardworking, honest and goal-oriented
Purpose-driven - (the branch owner's key element)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

General Duties and Responsibilities
Will directly report to the Franchisee or Branch Owner
Management of day-to-day sales and spa business operation of branch Team, Human Resources and Branch Management
Monitoring of sales vs. target quotas
Monitoring of inventories and stocks
Auditing
Customer service - respond to feedback and complaint. Customer retention.
Training and Development. Staff management and retention.
Safekeeping and management of the operations manual
Sales and Financial reporting
Other pertinent tasks
