Description

Assist in proofreading, fact-checking and editing stories for main magazine and special titles such as but not limited to Travel (print and online).
Co-manage editorial traffic and the revision process with the Senior Features Editor by synthesizing edits from the editors and ensuring compliance with the regional style guide before publication.
Brainstorm editorial content ideas and co-manage the implementation of the editorial line-up for print and online.
Write and produce stories for print and online. Coordinate, conduct and transcribe interviews as assigned. Attend and cover press events as assigned.
Assist in final checking of advertorials and supplements before they go to print. Ensure that the clients requirements are met as well as the regional guidelines are followed.
Liaise and coordinate with the Branded Content Editor and the respective departments concerned to resolve editorial or design issues, if any.
Assist in the production of editorial shoots for print as assigned.
Provide administrative and editorial assistance to the Editor-in-Chief as necessary.
