JOB SUMMARY
The International Sales Division Head reports to the Sales Channel Head and is responsible for leading the international sales strategy and execution for Federal Land NRE Global Inc., with Japan as a priority market.
This role provides strategic leadership and oversight to five (5) Regional Sales Managers, who directly manage Japan-based brokers, brokerage firms, and marketing partners. The position ensures effective activation of Japan-focused channels, strong partner relationships, and consistent delivery of Japanese-standard customer service and sales excellence.
The role requires leadership and deep understanding of the Japan investor market, and strong performance governance to achieve revenue targets and sustainable international market growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Leadership & International Market Expansion (Japan Priority)
- Formulate and execute, in partnership with the Sales Channel Head, an international sales strategy with Japan as the key target market for Federal Land NRE Global Inc. projects.
- Define growth strategies for Japanese client segments, including individual investors, institutional buyers, and Japan-based referral channels.
- Identify priority cities and regions in Japan for focused sales and partner activation.
- Monitor Japanese market trends, investor behavior, and competitor activity to ensure optimal product positioning.
- Ensure all sales messaging and value propositions are aligned with Japanese cultural, communication, and service expectations.
Leadership of Regional Sales Managers
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance oversight to five (5) Regional Sales Managers.
- Ensure Regional Sales Managers effectively manage and grow relationships with Japan brokers, brokerage firms, and marketing partners.
- Set clear KPIs, revenue targets, and activation goals for Regional Sales Managers aligned with the international sales plan.
- Develop the leadership and market capability of Regional Sales Managers, particularly in Japan-focused sales execution and partner management.
Japan Broker, Brokerage & Marketing Partner Management
- Oversee, through the Regional Sales Managers, the recruitment, accreditation, and activation of Japan-based brokers, brokerage firms, and marketing partners.
- Provide senior-level relationship management for key Japanese brokerage principals, institutional partners, and major referral networks.
- Guide Regional Sales Managers in maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships consistent with Japanese business culture.
- Ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned, compliant, bilingual where necessary, and culturally appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree graduate.
- Preferably a PRC-licensed real estate broker with an active and updated license.
- At least 57 years of real estate sales experience, with proven leadership over regional or international teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing brokers, brokerages, and marketing partners, preferably within the Japan market.
- Established professional network in Japan and/or professionally proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, negotiation norms, and service expectations.
- Professional, disciplined, and service-oriented.
- Technologically proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and adaptable to digital sales platforms such as Hub 360.
