About the Role

Were looking for someone who can turn brand presence into measurable revenue.

This is a hands-on digital marketing role where youll take ownership of building and scaling a high-performing digital funnel across three premium interior brands. Youll connect content, website, and email into one cohesive system that doesnt just look goodbut converts.

You wont just execute campaignsyoull bring structure, clarity, and commercial thinking to how digital marketing drives real business results.


Your Role

  • Create and execute high-quality, conversion-focused social content
  • Optimize website and product pages to improve conversion rates (CRO)
  • Manage and improve email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Build, structure, and continuously refine the end-to-end digital funnel
  • Organize campaigns, workflows, and planning using tools like Notion (or similar)
  • Coordinate launches across brands and track performance to drive improvements


What Were Looking For

  • Strong visual judgment combined with a commercial, results-driven mindset
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce environments
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
  • Comfortable using tools to bring structure and visibility (Notion or similar is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership without constant direction


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong candidates)
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns or funnels
  • Experience working with content, website optimization, and email marketing together
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools)


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflows and productivity


How Youll Work

Youll work closely with the Creative Director and report directly to a single decision-makerensuring fast feedback, clear priorities, and minimal bureaucracy.
