Description

Job Requirements

Senior High diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Product stocking, inventory rotation (FIFO- first in, first out)
Basic math skills for inventory counts and stock monitoring
Basic understanding of retail operations
Ability to lift and carry merchandise (light to heavy weight)
Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is an advantage
Residing near or within Makati city
Amenable to process requirements and join ASAP

Responsibilities

Product Placement: Setting up product displays and promotional materials to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with planograms.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, managing product rotation to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Store Maintenance: Identifying best-selling products, updating pricing, and removing damaged/outdated items.
Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, competitor activity, and sales trends to inform purchasing decisions.
Relationship Management: Working closely with store managers and buyers to improve product presentation and sales volume.
