Job Requirements
  • Senior High diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to handle customer request and complaints professionally
  • Ability to take and relay orders accurately
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • understanding of menu items
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
  • Residing near or within Makati City
  • Ok with shifting schedule
  • Amenable to process requirements and join ASAP


Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering menu questions, offering recommendations, and addressing complaints promptly.
  • Order Taking & Serving: Accurately inputting orders into the POS system, serving food/beverages, and ensuring order accuracy.
  • Table Maintenance: Setting tables, clearing dirty dishes (pre-bussing), and cleaning dining areas.
  • Sales & Promotion: Upselling appetizers, drinks, or specials to increase check averages.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations (e.g., checking IDs).
  • Cash Handling: Delivering checks and processing cash or credit card payments.
  • Teamwork: Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
