Job Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing employee engagement and retention strategies, designing and implementing performance management systems, and conducting training needs analysis with program facilitation.
  • Strong background in employee relations and incident management, with the ability to develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.


Job Description

CULTURE DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop onboarding materials for all new hires
  • Conduct regular employee engagementsurveys
  • Coordinate team buildings for eachdepartment

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop comprehensive Employee Evaluation programs for each department and role
  • Conduct relevant trainings and seminars for the development of employees
  • Create and implement engagement, recognition, and morale-building programs.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

  • Point person for high-level employee concerns

EMPLOYEE RETENTION

  • Implement employee retention strategies
