Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Mandarin Speaking Secretary to join our regional team. This role combines compliance, regulatory coordination, executive support, and cross-border project execution across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications & Requirements

• With administrative experience, particularly in handling and processing documentation such as business records and contracts
• Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Experience in providing business support is an advantage
• Has background in compliance or experience in handling regulatory or policy-related documents is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Services Manager in business strategy, planning, and execution
• Act as liaison across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Process legal and regulatory documents including permits, licenses, and compliance paperwork
• Submit regulatory documents to government agencies and monitor approvals
• Support company formation, KYC, compliance documentation, and client inquiries
• Support payment remittances, invoice preparation, and tracking
• Act as a ChineseEnglish coordinator or translator during meetings or client communications when required
