Finance Staff (General Accounting), Makati

The Finance Staff is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial recording, and assisting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare journal entries and assist in general ledger maintenance
• Support bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, CPA preferably
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
