Pricing Supervisor, Makati

The successful candidate will have a close partnership with both Accounting, Operation, and Business Development functions. He/she will be managing the revenue and cost per transaction,and will be responsible for ensuring fast and accurate responses to pricing/quoting requests for all modes from both internal and external customers by obtaining and compiling tariff rates for business not covered by existing rate agreements. You will do this through your leadership of the team responsible for these activities.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, or Business related majors
• At least 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience, with management / coaching juniors experience
• More than 3 years of accounting / pricing / cost analysis experience
• Analytical mind-set and sensitive with numbers
• Good team player and communication skill cross different functions, able to engage cross functional stakeholders effectively
• Be detail-oriented and proactive in work, highly responsible for work delivery
• With logistics or B2B industry experience will be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure tender center activities are effectively managed.
• Manage end-to-end pricing and cost related data projects: maintenance of current pricing data, gather information from various sources, analyze data and/or coordinate with inhouse analysts, identify issues, give recommendations, and create insightful suggestions on relevant topics.
• Ensure pricing responses to customers are provided accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
• Collaborating with other teams on door-to-door pricing to create competitive rates for customers.
• Assist with problem solving, providing guidance in relation to pricing and procurement activities.
