Accounting Manager (Can Start ASAP), Makati

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounting Manager who can start immediately to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and strengthen internal controls. This role also supports management in financial planning and decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting functions (journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processes).
• Manage daily operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely tax filing and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
• At least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and month-end closing.
• Proficient in accounting systems/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be available to start ASAP .
