Job Responsibilities

1.LEARNING CONTENT CREATION & MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION

Edits training recordings, webinars, and workshop sessions for upload to the Learning Academy Platform.

Designs and produces multimedia learning content such as LEAP modules, reels, micro-learning videos, graphic assets, and visual aids.

Enhances raw videos by adding subtitles, transitions, overlays, animations, and branding elements consistent with LOD guidelines.

Collaborates with trainers, SMEs, and other departments to develop learning materials aligned with defined curriculum standards.

Ensures all content meets quality, accuracy, and accessibility standards prior to publishing.

2.LEAP MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

Uploads, organizes, and maintains learning modules, videos, quizzes, and resources within the LMS/LXP.

Assists in user management functions such as enrollment, troubleshooting access issues, and responding to learner concerns.

Coordinates with Disprz for technical concerns, enhancements, and content updates.

Ensures content version control and proper archiving of outdated learning materials.

3.TRAINING ASSISTANCE & COORDINATION

Provides logistical and administrative support during in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.

Assists the trainer/facilitator with pre-work, setup of training platforms, and distribution of materials.

Manages recording setup during training sessions and ensures high-quality capture.

4.DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

Maintains organized libraries of content files, recordings, presentations, and resources.

Ensures references, source materials, and design files are properly documented and stored.

5.ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Assists the LOD team with scheduling, communication, and documentation requirements.

Helps prepare training kits, certificates, memorandums, and announcements.

Ensures timely coordination with HR, Operations, and other departments regarding training-related activities.

Performs other LOD-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education

        Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Psychology, HR, or any related course.

Licensure and/or Certification Required

        Not required, but certifications in multimedia editing, e-learning development, or digital content creation are an advantage.

Work Experience

        At least 1 year experience in training support, multimedia editing, content creation, or LMS administration (preferred but not required).

        Fresh graduates with strong technical and creative skills may be considered.

Competencies

        Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar).

        Knowledgeable in graphic design, layout, and basic animation.

        Familiar with LMS/LXP platforms.

        Strong communication and coordination skills.

        Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines.

        Basic understanding of adult learning principles is an advantage.

        Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

Work Conditions

        Standard office setting with occasional travel for training schedules or onsite filming.

        Frequent computer-based work, including video editing and LMS administration (up to 80% of the time).

        May require extended hours during major rollouts or content production periods.

        Occasional physical movement for training setup, photography/filming, and coordination.
