Performance Marketing Specialist, Makati

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the technical setup, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns. The primary objective is to maximize ROI by lowering the " Cost per Acquisition" for both recruitment lead and business inquiries through data driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in Paid ads/Performance Marketing.
• Proven Experience managing monthly ad spends with a focus on conversion rather than just "likes"

Key Responsibilities

• Media Buying: Execute and Manage paid budgets across Meta ads, Google ads, and other performance channels.
• A/B Testing: Analyze the user journey from "Ad click" to " Form Submission " to identify and fix drop-off points.
• Tracking and Attribution: Set up and maintain tracking pixels, conversion API, and UTM parameters to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Data Reporting: Provide granular weekly reports on ROAS ( Return on ad spend ) , CPL (Cost per lead), and overall funnel health.

Technical Skills

• Platform Mastery: Expert Level Knowledge of Meta ads manager and Google ads.
• Analytics: Advanced proficiency in google analytics 4 (GA4), GTM (Google Tag Manager
• Technical Logic: Understanding of "Full Stack" logic (how websites talk to databases/CRMs)
• Strategy: Strong grasp of audience retargeting, lookalike modelling, and psychological triggers for high-converting ads,
